Here is a generic layout of what the summer schedule is going to be.

 

Monday night– Aquathlon

 

Tuesday late afternoon- Yoga in the park with Daniela

 

Wednesday Morning– 6am start long endurance ride

 

Thursday morning– 6 am start long endurance ride

 

Friday –OFF

 

Saturday morning- Shoot- out or morning ride

 

Sunday Morning– Long endurance MTB ride

 

So let’s get together this Wednesday afternoon and go for a cruise and all get on the same page. Also I will be laying out expectations for earning the right to go to Durango.
