Tuesday September 4th — No Practice. There were many of you that completed the 3 for 3 epic weekend and I want to honor your efforts with a well deserved day off. There were only a few of you, but just wait, your dedication will be returned when your goals are met.
Wednesday– Recovery ride. Please come in street clothes with a towel. We will be riding to a park to do some structured stretching. This will be important for all of you who are sore from this past weekends big effort.
Thursday– Points Race
Saturday– If you make all three practices this week and your school is in good shape, then you might have the opportunity to race in the crit.
