First off Congratulations team for an extraordinary Time trial. I am absolutely thrilled and impressed by everyone’s time and have even more confidence now that we are going to be great this next season.

Remember the bigger you smile, the faster you go.

This week then is a transition week. We are going to shut down our TT brains and put on our long range dreaming glasses. Next road season is on the horizon and the High School MTB league is on the horizon. I want to slow down this week and take some time to dream and honor all the possibilities that lye before us. What you want to happen next season starts now.

To get ready physically for the fun to come we first have to get ready emotionally. The body follows the mind, and it may only do so if it rested. So we rest this week.

Tuesday– Yoga at the park with Daniela. We will go to Oury park and enjoy the shade of the trees. Everyone please bring a towel. Yes Tyler I expect you to come and to have fun with this!

Wednesday– Recovery ride and skills at the park.

Thursday– MTB Fun day with a short race.

Saturday– With rest we rock our morning rides.

Old Man — 6:15am start. Be punctual!

Big Boy– 6:30am start.

C Team– 6:30 Start

Breakfast (only for the brave) 9:30ish

Sunday– Ride out to McCains loop on our Mountain Bikes for a day in the dirt.

We wear stretchy pants EVERYDAY! 🙂
I’d just wear something you’re comfortable doing a lot of movement in.

MTB ride on Sunday – count me in. There are lots of fun singletrack options on the west side of Kinney Rd, which this trailhead connects to. I trust we are riding out over Gates? Fun!
