6am start leaving the clubhouse.
I will not be joining the ride, I will be spending the day with my in-laws and family.
Everyone has to have a go home buddy please. That means you do not have to ride with them the whole time, but you need to know who you are riding home with. This is mandatory. I will not hear of a story where someone rides home alone.
This is learning responsibility and love for ones teammates.
Please coordinate with your buddy how long you will be riding up.
Ride as long as you like at an endurance pace. No intervals, no crazy hard work, just a good steady long ride. Go as high as you like. Have fun with your friends.
Bring a lot of food and please know that the water stop at Palasades is broken and that you will have to leave with a 3rd bottle.
