We are planning a special overnight camping weekend for the team members racing the 24 hour. The plan is to leave the clubhouse at 9a Saturday, January 17 and ride our mountain bikes out to the course. This is approximately 45-50 miles. There, we will set up camp and then get at least one more lap in. This lap will be in the dark to get the riders acclimated to riding with lights. In the morning, we ride a lap and then head home on bikes.

Parental help with setting up camp, riding or transportation of gear would be much appreciated. More details will follow closer to the weekend, especially when we have an idea of the weather conditions. If you want to have fun and do well at this race, plan to attend. This will simulate very closely what you will experience at the event.

The Cronyn clan is in: Avery riding up with the group, Judith, Zayk, and Nelson following with a vehicle loaded with vittles, camping stuff, and bikes after the Shootout. We can coordinate in person on Thurs or Friday. Many thanks!
