I have heard and seen from many of you that you are battling poor health.


Please do not ride tomorrow if you are feeling poor, or close to poor.


Next week is going to be a recovery week as well and if you have done the last 8 weeks right, and in particular the last 2 weeks, then you should have a great base, and to miss one ride will be no big deal.


Listen to your body and do what you need to do.


Obviously I would love to see the whole team, but your health is more important, so listen to your body.
