Now the real fun begins. With our endurance now built and ready to go, we can now focus on getting fast.
This week we begin VO2 intervals so that we can ready our engines for the longer intervals to come.
Also all 2 hour racers this weekends trip is super heavily encouraged. I want all of you to go, as it will be super fun and great team building weekend.

Tuesday– 5x 3 VO2 max intervals
Wednesday– 5x 3 vo2 max intervals
Thursday– Crit Skills at Bio Park
Saturday– 7:15 Old Man Shoot Out
7:30 Big Boy Shoot Out
7:15 C Team ride leaves.
Sunday– Mt Lemmon with Sweat Spot training
