Tuesday– 4:30 to 6pm. Cross training in the park.
Wear regular PE style clothes and you will need a bike to ride to the park.
Wednesday– 6am start. Approx. 2 hour road ride. Steady pace.
Thursday– Skill practice in the park. 4:30 to 6pm.
All of these practices will be lead by fantastic volunteer coaches. I, Ignacio, will introduce you to them on each day. I do expect that you will respect and listen to them as you would me.
This first three weeks of training will be based around getting you all some over all fitness and strength while increasing your bicycle skills. Be prepared to work hard.

Any and all riders not going to Nationals: come to these practices! You will benefit and we could use your help getting your new teammates up to speed.

Do they still meet in the clubhouse at 4:30?
Yes. Practice always meets and ends at the clubhouse unless otherwise noted.
