NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO PUT TEAM EQUIPMENT ON THEIR PERSONAL BIKE.
This does not include tires.
If you want to put personal items on your team bike, then you must present to me that item, and we will label it so that there is no confusion.
Currently there is ambiguity about this and I am having trust issues. This policy should negate that and allow no one to have hard feelings. This is a preventative measure so no one gets their feelings hurt.
I am not accusing anyone of anything, I am being proactive so as to not have to deal with any issue.
If you put a personal item on your bike without informing me, then that item will become property of El Grupo. This is your warning.
Currently if you have personal items on your team bike, I implore you to inform me in the next week and we will label it so.
If you do not do so in the next week, El Grupo will become owners of all material on Personal Bikes.
