I hope you all enjoyed the rides and feel great about your efforts. Some of you really crushed them and you should feel the training settling into your legs.
There will be workouts on the trainers at the clubhouse to keep you out of the rain and on your bike.

Wednesday 3:45 and 4:30
Thursday 4:30
If you participated in the long rides over the break and feel like you need a rest, these practices are not mandatory. If you feel like you want a workout, these are available to you. There are not enough trainers for everyone so please take a rest if you feel you need it. Whatever you do, ride your bike this week, nothing hard but keep pedaling. Ride to school, with friends or family.
Staying home this week, will do workouts on the rollers at home.
I have too much going on today w/work to make the Wed workout. Will look forward to riding with EG next week!
I am in the LA airport. I will be back for practice Thursday. We are going to do a cross for work out on Thursday/ yoga. Also this Sunday I would like to do a power test. So please have all power meters and heart rate straps ready and working. Please ask for help if you need it.
