After this past rest week and all the hard work that proceeded it, we should be feeling super good right now.
Continue to be mindful of the little things this week and get excited for the races.
We want to just keep on top of our fitness this week. We have plenty of speed right now, we just want to stay topped off. So this week the workouts will be short, but when we go hard, go hard, and when we go easy, go easy.
State Crit Training Plan
Tuesday– Crit course fun
Thursday– Crit Course fun
Saturday– Crit course openers. 8:30 am start
Please post if you will be racing. Race is on Sunday in Mesa. I need to sign you all up by the 30th.
San Dimas riders
Tuesday– A Mtn blast offs
Wednesday– Recovery ride followed by race review talk.
Thursday– We will leave at 9am. I will also send out a gear list.
