Everyone should have received or receive shortly an invitation email to participate in the Arizona High School league.
You MUST take steps to fill this out ASAP. You can fill out all forms and (I believe) select “pay by check” and El Grupo will cover the registration and race fees out of rider tuition. You must have emergency contact info, medical insurance info, and more on hand to fill it out.
Once you follow the link in the email you will get (primarily to the rider’s email address only because that is all the system would allow us to do), you will see a page that looks like this:
Again, please proceed through all pages up to the Registration Complete page.
By doing so BEFORE Friday evening, you will get a race number plate with your name on it. If you wait to do this until after Friday, your race number plate will not be personalized. There was a lot that went into getting their tricky system in order for you to register so all you need to do is input info that you already have. We cannot do this step for you. Thank you for cooperating and keeping things moving!
Also, middle school students ARE INCLUDED in this because 3 of the 5 total races/events include middle school students, and we strongly encourage all of you to beautifully challenge yourselves to come out and be part of it all with the rest of the team.
