Everyone, I, Ignacio will not be at practice today.

 

I have tickets to the STAR WARS movie.

 

Please everyone go with your same groups as last week with your same coaches.

 

Your workout should be quite similar, you don’t have to go on the same bike ride if you did not go to the crit course.
