WHAT- A Bicycle Ride to The State Capital where there will be speakers discussing all topics pertaining to distracted driving as well as over 30 vendors who will have educational booths. All this Plus Free Lunch from Beyond Bread.
WHERE – Starting at Tempe Beach Park (80 W. Rio Salado Pkwy Tempe AZ) and ridingto Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza across from The Arizona State Capital (about 10 miles).
WHEN – January 25th, 2017 9AM (Foot in Pedal)
WHY- The Arizona Distracted Driving Summit, Expo and to meet with YOUR State Legislators.

If you have a Power Meter make sure to have your FTP number that we calculated a few weeks back. You will need this number to know what you are doing today. Please everyone come prepared to train smart.

Remember these other parts to training. We will be really working hard these next few weeks and we want it to really count. So remember to get to bed on time and eat well. You all know what good food is so put the Cheetos away.
