Thank you everyone for attending the Team Presentation yesterday. You all look real good in those new kits.


This coming week is a week 2 in our three week building block. We might be coming into this week with a bit of fatigue, but with some strength from last week. This week we are going to continue to work on our VO2 max efforts so that when we settle into the longer efforts we are working at a higher level. The efforts this week are also going to be shorter to prepare us for the races this coming weekend.


Training plan


Tuesday– Road bikes 4:30pm


Wednesday– Everyone on Road BIKES.

3:45 and 4:30 all riders on road bikes.


Thursday– Road bikes.


Saturday and Sunday Races. I will post logistics later however I want everyone to learn how to navigate the race web pages. There are two. Please learn to find all the applicable information you might need.





Also please note that the weekend of February 12th is the State Championship crit race. I would like to show up in force for this event, so please mark it. We will be driving up and camping for the event.


24 Hour race. The best and biggest team event of the year. Parents please look at the sign ups for this event. We need your help. Youth lets get excited for the best event of the year.
