Our visions are only actionable if we say them out loud. If we keep our dreams to ourselves, they will remain a figment of our imagination. ~ Simon Sinek
You must be able to verbalize out loud what you hope to accomplish in life, on the bike, and every day. SAY IT OUT LOUD!!!
Well done everyone this past weekend. We raced with guts and like a team. We worked for each other and did everything we could to come together. I thank you for that.
Training Plan
We should be fatigued from the weekend, and this is just the start. We need to ensure that we recover properly, and most of that is on you when you are away from the clubhouse and the team. So be mindful of your actions.
Tuesday: Recovery ride. I expect great attendance. This is not a throw away practice.
Wednesday– Endurance ride. 3:45 and 4:30.
Also on Wednesday if you are on Spring Break and would like to go out to McCains loop earlier in the day, please post that you would like to do so, and I will be happy to take you out. The TT at TBC is very tricky and the more you know the road the better.
Thursday– Openers and recovery
Friday– TBC Time Trial. I will post more logistics later. The meeting point and staging area is at Old Tucson studios.
Saturday– Road race in Green Valley. 2 waves of riders, one early morning and one in the afternoon. I will need help with early morning van driving.
Sunday– Road race by Pima Community College West. We will ride there in different groups and times from the clubhouse.
Remember this is a stage race so you have to complete the day’s race before to race the next day. You have to finish each stage to start the next.
If like to go in the morning on Wednesday please.
Madison
