26 days until Whiskey
This will be big final push of this part of the season. I want all hands on deck and everyone ready to put in an awesome two weeks. I will have two different training plans.
One if you are prioritizing Gila and the other for Whiskey
We have a ton of fitness and speed right now. We are coming off of three stage races, so we are fast. We then took most of a week to rest, so we should be feeling pretty good.
The best way to get fast is to race. Racing really is just about the best training. So we have been training well.
We are going to put together a good week this week and work on our pop. We will also need TT bikes on Wednesday.
Tuesday– Over — Under intervals Road Bike
Wednesday– 3:45 and 4:30 TT bikes and LT intervals
Thursday– Strong Endurance ride
Saturday– Shoot Out
Sunday– Mt Lemmon to Palasades
We have a bit more times, which is good so we can get on our MTB’s more.
Tuesday– Over — Under intervals
Wednesday– 3:45 and 4:30 MTB ride
Thursday– Short track races
Saturday– Reddington Pass
Sunday– Swap meet and hopefully MTB ride with me.
