Friday – Crossfit Milo – 10am – We will run/roll down there at 10am sharp. Should be fun!
Saturday – Shoot outs & C team ride – 5:45am & 6am
Sunday – MTB at Starr Pass – 6am leave time – Back by 8:30ish
Monday – Pilates is a go! Leaving clubhouse at 11:30am or meet at BodyWorks – River & Campbell – at 12pm.
Next week we will get back on bikes a bit more and have one last super fun cross training TBA. If you are away on vacation, enjoy and stay active, too! If you are in town, show up!
