Looking around today and talking with you all, it seems like many of you are tired and hot.
We are 11 weeks away from the first MTB race, which means we have plenty of time.
I don’t want to fry you guys at all or in the least right now.
So here is what I want to do:
Sunday— OFF. Rest, sleep in chill with your family
Monday– Arizona Trail Ride. Leaving clubhouse at 5:30am. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN/WILL BE GOING ON MONDAY
Tuesday– Off – Happy 4th of July!
Wednesday– Evening Short Track fun – meeting at 5pm at clubhouse, leaving 5:15pm
Friday– Cross Training. – TBA – working to get us back over to Crossfit Milo
