The Hike is to Mt Wrightson. To access the mountain you drive down to Green Valley and to the top of Madera Canyon road. Google these items and you will find it. I cannot seem to link a map.
Driving I have Richard, Ali and Judy Bevier.
Judy and Ali should go with the early van. If you have never made it to the top, or you know you might walk a bit slower than others, please leave in the early van 6:30am.
Richard will drive the later van at 7:30am, leaving time from the clubhouse.
This is a very hard hike, come prepared. No need for hiking shoes, just good tennis shoes.
Myles is right it will be very cold at the top. Bring appropriate clothes.
Also you will need to bring more food than you think, again pack smart.
As for water, 2 liters is what you need.
