During regular practice time – 4:30-6pm. Parents and others are encouraged to attend, as well. Thanks to Dean from Ride On Cycling for setting this awesome opportunity from an inspiring professional and human being.

From Dean:

“Amy Charity is a Colorado native who left a steady career in the financial industry to pursue her passion for cycling.  Well, let’s just say at the age of 34 she set out and became not only a Pro cyclist, but a member of the US National Team, National Title holder in the Team Time Trial, and has raced in the World Championships.  Having since retired, she’s currently the Executive Director of Biketown, USA in Steamboat, CO!

If these goals and accomplishments weren’t enough already, she’s now an author with a recently released book, The Wrong Side of Comfortable.  In it, she details the hardships, dedication, and memorable experiences, including months of training here in our very own backyard, with an easy to grasp approach and straight forward concepts to build and achieve greater success both on and off the bike.

Please join Amy at the El Grupo Clubhouse on 11/28 at 4:30pm
