Thank you to all youth, parents and supporters who came out on Sunday to help us prepare for the Angels that will be coming on Tuesday, OR TOMORROW. We are extremely excited to have the chance and we thank you for helping us prepare.


Rest week!!!!!!!!!


All the hard work we have put in over the last three weeks is now going to have a chance to settle in to us. This is the week where all of that training really sinks into the body and we get stronger. You can’t get stronger by sitting on the couch, but you only get stronger when you sit on the couch.


Be mindful of your health all week. Stay hydrated, sleep well, and dream big.


Training Plan


Tuesday– Pilates with Daniela, bring appropriate clothing. 4:30 to 6pm


Wednesday– 4:30 only

Valley kids– low level endurance ride

24 Hour kids– No spandies Barrio Trails play day


Thursday– Low level road Endurance ride for all


Saturday– Shoot outs

C Team ride 7:30 start


Sunday– 24 Hour Camp build and ride. Parents and supporters we are going to need a ton of help on Sunday. I am hoping to get to 24 hour and to build most of the tents on this day and to secure our spot. Please let me know if you can help. I will also want to transport a ton of water on this day. I will post more about this later in the week.
