Working hard brings a smile to my face.


When I have a rough patch, riding my bike helps me find my center again.


My ultimate goal with all of this is to help all you find this same idea.


Please only come this week if you are ready to wonderfully engage yourself physically because it is going to help you smile or get through a rough patch. I want this to be your happy place, so please come and be happy!!


Fun Plan


Monday– Cross Fit –6 am to 7 am

Tuesday– Cross Fit— 6 am to 7 am

Wednesday– Short Track  5:45 leaving with your lights. 8pm back at clubhouse

Thursday — OFF

Friday– Pilates 6 am to 6:45

Saturday– More to come

    Maddy will not be coming to the short track. She became sick after the swim meet last night. Hoping to be better by Friday Pilates.
