I will post tomorrow morning at 5 am as to if the rides will be happening.
L’Abitibi kids you kind of don’t have a choice. If it is not death and crazy rain then I need you boys to ride. Every year that kids have raced in Canada it has rained. So Yes you boys are riding. Maybe change the route if you see it fit, however yeah, you need to ride and at the least do your VO2 intervals.
At 5 am if it is just a little rain, then I want us to ride.
At 5 am if it is really raining, then I am going to keep us home.
Please prioritize the Sunday ride this weekend. So if I only get you once, then Sunday it is.
Sunday
Meet at 5:45.
Leave at 6am
Get to Gabe Z at 6 : 30
Ride from 6:30 to approx. 9
Back at clubhouse by 10 am.
I will rest one more day and ride Sunday.
I will meet everyone at the Gabe Zim trailhead @ 6:30 and will be with the group heading south per last coaches meeting
