I know these are long, hot, days, and I thank all of you for your hard work.

Training Plan
Monday– 6 am start. Cross Training to 7am
Tuesday– 6 am start. Cross Training to 7am
Wednesday– 5:45 leaving for Short track. Returning by 8 pm. Again we will have a leading and trailing car for the group. This leave time is different, earlier.
Friday– 6 am start. Cross Training to 7am
Saturday– C Team Ride. 5:40 start
Old Man 5:45 start
Big Person 6 am start
Sunday– Arizona Trail. 6 am leaving the clubhouse. Return time approx. 11am or earlier

Sam & Max’s dad here, I just reserved our campsite for NICA race #1 at Ft Tuthill. The sites will go quickly.
