There is a lot so please ask questions if anything is unclear:

Leaving: 9 am sharp on Saturday morning. That means show up at 8:30 no later to help pack up.

Returning: Pretty darn late on Sunday if you are in high school. Middle school riders there will be a van that leaves earlier in the day to take you guys home.

Saturday Lunch: Please bring yourself a solid, good, healthy lunch that you will eat in the car. You can bring shareable snacks as well. However bring yourself a solid, good lunch.

Quickly upon arrival on Saturday we going to pre-ride. So please be prepared to arrive, change, get your bike and then ride. This will be a quick turn around.

Gear list: I have emailed it to parents and I will have many printed at the clubhouse. Please ask for one if it helps. Also it will be the same for every race.

Tents: The team is providing the tents. We are only using the huge REI tents this year.

Water Bottles: If you are going to be needing a feed during your race do not start the race with a water bottle that you really like. We will try and get the bottle you threw be sometimes we loose them. Also I have made dedicated bottles for the feed zone and I will not loan them out. I need to have enough in the feed zone.

I will have a copy of the rules that we all decided upon printed out and available at anytime during the event.

Saturday Pre-ride– If you have a team El Grupo kit you are mandated to ride in it.

Sunday race day– If you are on Grupo composite you may wear your Grupo shorts. If you are Tucson or Catalina then you must and only wear all black shorts.

Sunday Race day– Please wear an El Grupo T-shirt before and after your races. Represent

Camp Chairs– If you as a family have the classic folding chairs that you can donate that would be great. I bought out a Walmart the other day, but we could use some more. I say donate because the likely hood of you getting it back is slim and the probability of us breaking it is high. So used old ones are great for us.

As per NICA rules kids are not allowed to have any caffeine at any time so please look at some of the ride food they might have.

Race fuel– The team will provide drink mix, SKRATCH, and Clif product gu’s and chomps.

That is what I have for now, please ask questions though

I was wondering if shorts with only a manufacture logo on them is ok even if the logo is a little big.
