This week was a maintenance week. This was not a week to find extra fitness. Our fitness is great. Our speed is on form. We needed this week to stay on point. We needed this week to keep us topped off. I say this because I know a few rides were flat filled. Not to worry really. As you got some time in and maybe a touch more rest. After the first race we can deal with that.
That said it is better to get these kinds of rides out of our system before the race, so we can race clean again.
Max and I will be at the clubhouse Friday afternoon fixing all the bikes, so next week and this weekend we are going to be on form.
Weekend rides– If you can only make one. PLEASE prioritize Sunday. Of course I want you to come to both, but I can’t always get everything I want.

Saturday– 6:15 Old Man
6:30 Fast Person
6:45 B and C Team rides
Sunday– 7 am meet.
drive to trail head. 8am begin to ride
10:30 back at vans and loaded
11- 11:30 back at clubhouse.
I have a school event on Saturday so I will not be able to make practice.
