Thank you to all the volunteers, coaches and parents for your support and help this weekend. There is no way we as a team could not do it without all your beautiful help. This weekend was especially hard because we had to re create a kitchen area apart from camp. There was a lot of moving pieces and everyone really pulled together to make it happen. Thank you all so much.

Also a special thank you to Amy and Jim Vitt who for the first time were in charge of camp and did incredible even with all the logistics. So thank you!!

With only one race left we are exactly where we want to be. We have everything left to race for. We have 6 state championship jerseys we can win next race and we have the ability to secure the podium sweep in the team category. I hope this inspires all of you to be your very best over the next two weeks.

For training I am going to ensure that we are topped off but am going to make sure that we are rested. I just need to keep up where we are at and not dig any holes. I want you all super fresh for this last race to really give it your all.

Training Plan

Tuesday– MTB Strava hunting. We are going to ride out to Starr Pass and each group is going to pick three sections to go full gas on. Bring you GPS unit and lets chase some PR’s. This will be really fun, but is also full gas race simulation. Sneeky intervals

Wednesday– NO PRACTICE.

Thursday– MTB stava hunting. Just like on Tuesday.

Saturday– MTB at Starr Pass. NO Shoot Outs—Everyone will MTB on  this day

Sunday– Fall FONDO. This is our most important fund raiser of the year. We need all hands on deck. Youth you are going to ride some distance. On the ride you will be in full kit and ride with not more than two other teammates. You are going to get put with a group of nice people and you are going to talk and ride with them. We coaches are going to be there to put you in a group of nice people that we feel you will be able to enjoy physically and mentally. I will put more information out on Wednesday. But this is mandatory. You do not need to pay. However you need to come, be nice and ride your bike with nice people.

I do not have a Grupo kit, should I just wear my race jersey, or do I need a Grupo kit?
