I want to thank everyone who has been on the email thread in regards to carpooling up to the race. It will really be helpful if we do a good job of it.
There is extremely limited space at the event and in our camp area as well.
I cannot with any faith tell anyone that there will be a secure spot for them around our camp area.
In our area we have space for the four vans and trailers and a few cars. Ian, myself and Coach Chuck have already obtained some of the few spots.
I know this is a burden on some and I apologize for that.
The best case scenario is that there is room for all, but I want to be aware that, that may not be the case.
In our camp area we have to prioritize our sweet kitchen set up, and the huge tents for the kids.
I hope this disclaimer helps everyone plan for a great event.
