Firstly: I’d like to welcome all the kids who are now joining us on El Grupo! For those on the team now, please take care to welcome them to the ‘family’ and get to know them.
Secondly: El Grupo is one heck of a privilege. If you don’t want to be on this team, thats fine. No hard feelings. Otherwise, you’ve just gotta show up for practice a minimum of 3 days a week (vacation and other circumstances don’t apply). There are plenty of kids who would kill to have the opportunity of being on the team. Cross training practices are so damn good for you. Mountain biking with your friends (and me, of course) is rad! So wake up early! Come run with us! I know it’s early, but show up.
Practice Schedule for the week:
Tuesday: Cross training – Meet 5:45am – Begins 6:00am – Ends 7:00am – Bring running shoes and water
Wednesday: Short Track MTB – Meet at 5:30pm – Leave at 6:00pm – Ends at 8:00pm – Mountain Bike practice. If you’re a NEW RIDER and you need a mountain bike, please contact me via email or phone (firstname.lastname@example.org or 520-244-5542) and we’ll get one setup
Thursday: Cross training – Meet 5:45am – Begins 6:00am – Ends 7:00am – Bring running shoes and water
Friday: Cross training – Meet 5:45am – Begins 6:00am – Ends 7:00am – Bring running shoes and water
Saturday: Day off for all except: Izzie, Kaileen, Brayden, Eve – Shootout for you. 5:45 old man start. If anyone REALLY wants to do the old man shootout please just ask me.
Sunday: MTB ride – 6:00am meet – 6:30am leave – End 9:00am
