We’ve been slacking on the videos. SO here is the next one. There workout is below. Thanks to Dani for coming up with workouts for everyone! We hope everyone is remaining safe through this quarantine and that we get to see each other soon.
4x through each section of three exercises before moving on to the next section. You will do each exercise for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest period before starting the next exercise. No rest in between each set of a single section, only rest after you have completed the four sets of a section.
1 minute rest between each section (1 minute and 15 seconds total including the rest after the final exercise in the section). Each section takes 10 minutes to complete.
-Burpees
-Ladder “in & outs”
-Mountain climbers x 10/ two foot mountain climbers x 5
1 MINUTE REST
-Jumping jacks
-Lateral shoot throughs
-High knees x 10/ inchworms x 2
1 MINUTE REST
-Split squat jumps
-Plank
-“In & outs” x 5/ squat jumps x 3
1 MINUTE REST & DONE
Follow up with 1X15 reps of shoe arms!
-I, Y, T, overhead press, overhead rotate down, arm circles forward, arm circles backwards, hold, run in place
