Bravo everyone on a super fun cyclocross Sunday.
I appreciate everyone who showed up and tried a totally new dicsipline. Hopefully everyone learned something new about themselves and had a blast.

TRAINING PLAN
Keep on— Keeping on
We should be finding a rythmn and groove right now. This is the time of year where we really want to enjoy some sweet rides and being out in the beautiful weather. This is the time of year to get quality volume in and to work on other energy and muscular systems. So we are going to continue with our post ride work outs to find strength and balance within our bodies.
I know this is also a time of year when you need to buckle down in school, so please be mindful of what you have to do and use your time wisely. Make a schedule if you need to and stay on top of school. It is always easier to keep up than to catch up.
Tuesday– Endurance MTB ride with post ride work out.
Wednesday– 2:30 and 4:30 start time. Both Endurance road ride.
Thursday– Endurance Road ride with post ride work out.
Liam, Alex, Tomas and Damiano will be MTBing.
Saturday– 7:15 Old Man with Gates– if you so choose
7:30 Big Boy with some extra as you fancy it
7:30 Valentin Ride— be ready for another solid effort of at least 3 hours.
Sunday– TBD
