Happy Summer Break to Everyone!!

 

This first week starts off somewhat slow for us but all the action is just around the corner.

 

This is a prep week for Summer Bike Camp.

 

Weeks Schedule

 

Tuesday–

Nationals Rider– 6-9am MTB ride leaving from the clubhouse

9:30 to 10:30am. Cross training work out. Everyone is invited and welcome to join.

 

11-2 pm– Summer Bike Camp Training — At least one is mandatory. So you must participate in one of the trainings.

 

Wednesday

Nationals Riders– 3 hour Road Ride

 

Thursday

Nationals racers 2 options.

Either 3 hours in the morning or come race in the afternoon.

 

9:30 to 10:30am. Cross training work out. Everyone is invited and welcome to join.

5:30-7:30pm — MTB short track racing at Himmel

 

Saturday— Regular Morning rides.

5:45 am Old Man

6 am Big Boy and B Ride
