1 to go, 1 to go, 1 to go!!!

 

Bravo everyone you have made a real difference this summer and I am so impressed with the dedication and energy you have all poured into the campers.

 

This is the most beautiful time of year for me as a coach because I get to watch all of you become the teachers and leaders that you all are as you inspire the next generation of bike lovers.

 

If you are working camp please remember to arrive no later than 6:45am and with you blue shirts on.

 

As well remember to take the big picture view at lunch time and during morning activity, we always want to ensure that every camper is having a great time and making friends.

 

 

Training Plan 

 

Monday– Cross Training 5:45 to 6:30 am. Elliot will be leading this training with wonderful support from Jody. Daniela will give Elliot the plan and he will Level Up (as Coach Jody would say) and lead this workout.

 

 

Wednesday– Cross Training 5:45 to 6:30 am. Daniela will be back and ready to rock with you.

 

Thursday– Himmel Short Track Races. First race starts at 6pm sharp. Back at approx. 7:30pm to the clubhouse.

 

 

Saturday– I will post again on Wednesday.
