After a long and grueling MTB season it is time for us to recalibrate and to get excited about the Spring season.
However to get excited we need to rest and to transition physically, mentally and emotionally.
TRAINING PLAN
Tuesday– Cross Training for all first from 4:30- 5:30pm
5:30- 6:30 — Daniel and Nathaniel will present on their summer experience in Colombia
Wednesday– Open Shop hours for riders to help get things together for the Swap Meet.
Thursday– Cross Training for all first from 4:30- 5:30pm.
Then we will have a representative from the SKRACTH company come to give a presentation about sports nutrition.
Saturday– Open Shop hours from 10- 5pm to help me get things ready for the Swap meet.
Sunday– SWAP MEET. All team riders are expected to help for at least 2 hours. I will have a schedule for everyone tomorrow. Also riders and parents if you are able to contribute home made backed goods that goes a long way. We sell items at $1 a piece so please be mindful of item sizes. This is one of our bigger fundraising events so all the help is super helpful. This year the Swap Meet is at Armory Park.
