Welcome back to so many of you who were fortunate enough to travel and spend time with your families and friends.

I sure hope you all found the peace and joy of the season and are excited for the new year before us.

With the new year we also have new opportunities to explore who we can be and set goals to push ourselves to be our best selves. I am honored to be a part of your journey and hope to be there for the best moments with you all.

Over the break I took time and input all of the races and some special days into Team Snap. Please make sure that you have signed up for the APP as I am hoping it helps with communication and keeping everyone on the same page.

I will continue to use this format as well, the BLOG, to deliver information.

This week we still have riders and families all over the place as TUSD has there second week of break this week.

TRAINING PLAN

This will be our last week of BASE for the upcoming season, or at least for this particular block.

If you have been out of town then this will be a good time to just get the body moving again and get some miles in.

If you have been in town then we have one more week to build the strongest base engine we can, that is appropriate for your level.
