The Conquistadores has made a difference in thousands of individual lives. More than $33 million has been raised for youth programs. At its monthly funding request meetings a committee reviews requests and grants funds to individuals and organizations. El Grupo Youth Cycling is honored to be among the many organizations supported by The Conquistadores.

An award-winning local bike shop that is owned by Ralph Phillips. He and FWB has been assisting and supporting El Grupo for years, employs many alumni riders, and actively solicits other sponsors/donors. Also the sponsoring shop for local “Shoot Out” rides.
