There are many ways in which individual members of the community can support kids through El Grupo.

Stock Donation:

We Accept In-Kind Donations
We accept new and gently used cycling and program-related items that our youth participants can use. Your donations help us get kids on bikes and fully enjoy all program events and activities. Anything we cannot use may be sold online or during one of our bi-annual Bike Swap Meets (all funds support El Grupo programs) or donated to BICAS.
Here are a few things that we need:
Pop-up tents in good, sturdy condition
Road and mountain bikes or bike frames, of all sizes
Modern, lightly used, or new bicycle parts and equipment
Youth-sized cycling apparel and accessories
Clubhouse supplies: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Large Heavy Duty Garbage Bags
Gift Cards to Costco, Circle K, Office Depot, REI
Outdoor folding tables and heavy-duty folding chairs
Please contact bookkeeper@elgrupocycling.org to arrange other times to drop off donations. Be sure to get a receipt when you drop off donations for your tax records. Thanks!
Legacy Donations
Have you considered joining the community of El Grupo Legacy donors? It is easy to make arrangements to support El Grupo through a bequest, beneficiary designation, or other planned gift. Help El Grupo ride into the future and leave a legacy! A provision can easily be incorporated into a new will or added to an existing will. Your planned gifts can help provide a solid financial future for El Grupo. Please call or email us to arrange a time to discuss this further. Before making a planned gift, consult your attorney, financial planner, or tax advisor.

Your Donations may be Tax Deductible
El Grupo Youth Cycling is a 501 C3 non-profit organization. Please inform your tax preparer of your donation and they will let you know how you can apply your donation as a tax deduction whether you itemize or take the standard deduction.

Arizona Qualified Charitable Donation Tax Credit
Take advantage of the Arizona Qualified Charitable Donation Tax Credit to further your impact to support El Grupo Youth Cycling. You can increase your impact by making an additional donation to El Grupo if you file an Arizona tax return (2024 Credit Limits $470 single, $938 joint). You will receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit when you file your Arizona Income Tax return! You don’t have to itemize, AND you can also take your Arizona public school, private school, and foster care credits, as well. Keep up to $938 of your income taxes right here in Tucson to support local youth!
